Our Xվ Employee Networks – each of which is open to all employees to join, contribute to and learn and grow from –play a critical role in fostering our Culture of Caring in the work they do. The groups are centered around offering all employees an opportunity to collaborate with others for personal connection and professional growth.
The shared mission of our employee networks is to make, celebrate and develop Xվ’ employee population, provide career enriching development opportunities for all levels of talent, assist in the attraction and retention of top talent based on merit, facilitate innovation at Xվ, and contribute to the communities in which we live and work.

Partnerships and recognition
- Xվ received its first top score in the 2021 Disability Equality Index, a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices related to disability inclusion and workplace equality.
- Xվ has been named STEM Learning U.K.’s Inspirational STEM Employer.
- For the third year running we were identified by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) as a , earning a top score of 100%.
