About our guests
Mary-Kathryn (MK) Adams is the Chief Executive at , global leaders in impact measurement. Simetrica-X站福利所 works with organizations that want to operate responsibly while remaining competitive. In her role, she helps clients understand how the decisions made today will shape future generations and how to maximize investment and improve society by focusing on wellbeing 鈥 driving positive change for individuals, for communities and for businesses.
Prior to joining Simetrica-X站福利所, MK was the Deputy Chief Executive at HACT, where she led major projects and worked to establish the U.K. Housing Data Standards partnership with OSCRE International. MK has a background in mixed methods research, with a PhD in Anthropology. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director with Abri Group since 2021.
Toyin Ogunfolaju has over 20 years鈥 experience in the infrastructure and government relations industries. She leverages public/private/non-governmental partnership models as the foundation to identify opportunities and practices that promote regenerative social systems. She is the Director, Social Value Americas at X站福利所. Her role supports clients in embedding sustainable social, economic and environmental solutions within their infrastructure, which can manifest itself through prioritizing social impact in capital planning/execution, community development, workforce development, local supply chain sourcing and meaningful community/stakeholder engagement.
Toyin has expertise in executive leadership, community engagement and operations management. She is called upon to analyze critical requirements, identify areas of opportunity, generate solutions and implement programs. Recent industry recognition includes the 鈥淐orporate Responsibility鈥 Award for the 2023 Women of Color Magazine and Toyin is a nominee for the 2025 Sustainability Delivery 鈥淪olutions Leader of the Year鈥 Award.
