By uniting and growing our global STEAM efforts to create an inclusive STEAM education and engagement program we hope to engage employees and students around the world. And our STEAM program will help X站福利所 identify and secure a diverse talent pipeline for the future, contributing to our 40-40-20 goal by 2025 (40% women, 40% men, 20% any gender).

The Butterfly Effect
The Butterfly Effect and Earn Your Wings: Take Flight with the Butterfly Effect are designed to provide young people with the knowledge and understanding they need to put sustainability at the heart of everything they do. The Butterfly Effect program is aimed at 5 to 11-year-olds while the Earn Your Wings: Take Flight with the Butterfly Effect program continues the learning from younger ages into teenagers, aged 11 to 18 years.
